Decks, Patios
& fences — restored

The outdoor spaces you actually use, made safe to walk on and good to look at again.

Deck cleaning

A green, slick deck in Grays Harbor is normal by February. Wood decks get a low-pressure wash with a wood-safe cleaner so the grain doesn't fur up, then a brightener if you're planning to stain. Composite (Trex and similar) gets the mildew cleaned out of the texture without scarring it. Railings, stairs and skirting are included.

Patio washing

Concrete patios get the same surface-cleaner treatment as driveways. Pavers and flagstone are washed at lower pressure to keep the joint sand in place; polymeric sand re-sweep is available. Furniture and planters are moved and put back.

Fence washing

Cedar and pressure-treated fences are priced by the linear foot and cleaned on both sides where there's access. Vinyl fence comes back to white. Chain link gets the algae knocked off. If you want to stain afterward, say so — the wash is done to prep for it.

Gutter brightening

Those black vertical streaks on gutter faces are oxidation and road film, and plain pressure doesn't touch them. A dedicated gutter brightener does. This is exterior cleaning — gutter clean-out (leaves and debris inside) is a separate line item, usually bundled with a roof moss treatment.

Bundle it

Deck + patio + fence on the same visit is the most cost-effective way to buy this work, because setup and travel are the expensive part of a one-man operation. Ask about the backyard bundle.
