Your experience

Nine steps. Zero guesswork.

Patients tell us the frightening part of regenerative medicine isn't the treatment — it's everything around it. Here is exactly what happens, in order, from your first call to your follow-up at home.

Consultation

A free, unhurried conversation with Terry about your condition, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping for. No pressure, no sales script — this call exists to figure out whether there's even a reason to continue.

Medical Review

You share your medical records, imaging, and relevant labs. The physician team reviews them properly — this is a clinical evaluation, not a formality. If your case isn't appropriate for regenerative therapy, this is where you'll be told so.

Treatment Recommendation

If you're a candidate, the physician recommends a specific protocol — cell type or product, route of administration, dose, and session count — with the reasoning explained in plain language. Program length and pricing are confirmed here, before any payment.

Travel Planning

Dates are set and CPRT builds the itinerary: flight timing guidance, passport and document requirements, accommodation, companion arrangements, and an hour-by-hour schedule so you know exactly what each day holds.

Fly to San Diego

You fly into San Diego International Airport (SAN). That's the entire extent of what you have to arrange on your own — and CPRT will help you pick flights that fit the schedule if you'd like.

Private Transportation to Tijuana

A chauffeured black car meets you at arrivals and takes you across the border directly to the hospital campus. No rental cars, no rideshare roulette, no figuring out border crossings alone. The same service brings you back.

Treatment

Admission, pre-treatment labs, and your protocol — administered by physicians in a full hospital environment with operating rooms, an emergency department, and laboratory services on the same campus. Most administrations are outpatient procedures.

Recovery

Rest at the on-campus hotel accommodations or a private executive suite, with the restaurant and medical team steps away. Longer programs build in genuinely unhurried recovery time rather than rushing you toward the airport.

Return Home

Private transfer back to San Diego, full documentation of everything performed, and scheduled follow-up. Your records go to your own physicians so your care continues seamlessly at home.

Practical questions

Before you travel

What documents do I need?
A valid passport is required for border crossing in both directions. CPRT confirms all current document requirements with you during travel planning, since these can change.
Which airport should I fly into?
San Diego International Airport (SAN). Your private transportation meets you there and handles everything from that point forward.
Can my spouse or family come?
Yes — and most patients bring someone. Companion transportation and accommodation are coordinated as part of your program.
Is the border crossing difficult?
Your driver handles the route and the process; you stay in the vehicle with your documents ready. It's one of the parts patients worry about most and comment on least afterward.
What if I need to reschedule?
Deposits carry lifetime rescheduling and are 100% transferable. Health situations change — your reservation shouldn't be the thing that punishes you for it.
What happens after I get home?
You receive full documentation of everything performed, your records can be shared with your home physicians, and CPRT follows up on a schedule set before you depart.
