Custom program
Built around physician recommendations
Some cases don't fit a standard length — multiple protocols, complex conditions, dental work combined with medical treatment, or a schedule shaped around your own commitments. Custom programs are built after your medical review, around what the physicians actually recommend rather than what fits a package.
Payment & policies
Clear terms, stated up front
You should never be surprised by a payment policy after you've committed. Here is exactly how reservations and payment work.
Non-refundable deposit
A deposit reserves your treatment dates and physician scheduling. It is non-refundable — but that's only half the policy.
100% transferable
Your deposit can be transferred — to different dates, a different program, or to another person entirely.
Lifetime rescheduling
Your deposit does not expire. Health circumstances change; your reservation shouldn't penalize you for that.
Balance due before treatment
The remaining balance is settled before treatment begins, with the amount confirmed at consultation.
Secure processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. CPRT does not store your card details.
Not a fit? No charge.
If the physician review concludes you're not a candidate, you don't proceed and you're not charged for treatment.
